Q. How fast do you ship? A. We can ship your package the same day you order! Just place your order Monday-Friday by 2pm CST. Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sundays.
Q. How does my package ship? A. We ship all orders in plain packaging via USPS services.
Q. What is the difference between USPS First Class & USPS Priority shipping? A. USPS First Class shipping is available for smaller orders at a reduced price. Delivery time depends on your location but can range from 3-6 days in the United States. International orders can take 2-4 weeks. USPS Priority Mail is the most common shipping method. Priority rates are based on weight and distance. Delivery time depends on your location but can range from 2-5 days in
the United States. International orders can take 1-3 weeks depending on customs.
Q. What is USPS Overnight/Next Day Express Service? A. USPS offers fast delivery for urgent packages. When you select the Overnight/Next Day Express option, Once your package ships it will arrive overnight (1 day service) or the next day (2 day service). Express service IS guaranteed to be delivered in this time frame. Orders MUST be received by our office Monday-Friday by 2pm CST for this service. Delivary time depends on your location in
the United States. For example: If your package ships from our offices in Alabama on a Monday, your package will arrive via overnight service on Tuesday OR by next day service on Wednesday. Delivery is determined by USPS. We do not have control over this. International Express orders can take 1-3 weeks depending on customs and distance. For US orders only: If your package does not arrive in the allotted USPS delivary time frame, your shipping fees will be refunded. Guaranteed service does not apply to International orders.
Q. If I place my order after 2pm CST on Friday when will my package ship? A. All packages are shipped same day when order is received by 2pm CST Monday-Friday. If you order after this time, your order will not ship until the next day. If you order after this time on a Friday, your order will not ship until Monday.
