Mitragyna speciosa is believed to be a medicinal plant
that has been on our God's green earth for hundreds of years. Just as
with any other herb, it deserves respect. So
many times individuals abuse an herb because they believe"its herbal!
so its safe". Herbal medicine is much like going to the doctor and
receiving a prescription. The doctor prescribes specific amounts, not
dangerous doses. However, this created a whole different argument as well. Many
herbs can be dangerous if used for more then what they are intended

ABOUT KRATOM
Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is a large tree that grows primarily in, and
native to South East Asia and is related to the Rubiaciae (coffee) family. The
trees are massive reaching 50 + feet and about 15 feet wide. The parts used
from the tree are the leaf and stems. Kratom is also known as Ketum, Kakuam,
Kraton, Ithang and Thom. More than 25 alkaloids have been identified with the top
three being: mitragynine, paynanthine and speciogynine. Mitragynine is believed
to be the primary acting alkaloid and is specific to Mitragnya speciosa.
However, as of this writing, this has never been confirmed or found in other
related species.
EFFECTS AND USE OF KRATOM
The experience of kratom varies widely and can be different for each
individual. However, there is a general effect of stimulation (low doses) and
sedation (high doses) at the same time. Reports have been found that kratom
acts as an analgesic (pain management), euphoric, anti-depressant, anti-anxiety
and Immune booster. There are also findings of lowered blood pressure,
anti-viral, diabetes management, and appetite suppression1 . Kratom
has a similarity to opiate drugs but it does not affect the opioid receptors.

anorexia, dry-mouth, increased urination, loss of appetite and constipation.
Higher doses can cause nausea and vomiting (see foot note for recommended use)2.
Some believe that kratom can be habit forming but is more mental than physical.
However, some users report pain and anxiety upon withdrawal. Again, the effects
of kratom are unique to each individual. To minimize any side effects kratom
should be used responsibly.
TYPES OF KRATOM
There are many types of Kratom on
the market today with all sorts of different names and "grades". You
will find many websites warning customers to not over pay; thus buyer beware.
Just because a name implies "super", "premium" or
"supreme" does not always mean that that retailer’s product is
better than another. Generally, the grades of quality are quite similar but
there are exceptions such as enhanced extracts. To reduce any confusion, we
have listed below the different types of kratom we carry and its attributes.

Bali Kratom :Bali specifies
the region it is harvested. Bali is common to be energizing in low amounts and sedating in higher amounts. Active at 2 grams
Cajun Kratom:Cajun is our in-house blend. Our proprietary blend includes: bali, ginger, turmeric
and cayenne. It is no secret how turmeric and cayenne have an
excellent benefit for relief of achy joints & inflammation such
as arthritis and fibromyalgia. Ginger adds a bonus for nausea related
to kratom. Cajun is stronger then bali, and some believe it is a
close equivalent to SEI. Energizing for most in low amounts and
sedating/lucid dreaming for higher amounts. Cajun kratom is
our best selling product next to SEI kratom. Active at 1.5 grams
Golden Kratom:Named for its color and age, Golden kratom is found within older tree groves and
picked at peak season. Golden is thus stronger than bali and its
effects are mellowing. As mentioned before effects vary from person
to person. Mellow in low amounts and relaxing in
moderate ranges. Active at 2 grams
Super Green Indo kratom:Indo specifies the region it is harvested.
Green indo is both relaxing but
energizing at the same time. It can be better described as
increased energy, but a calm and clear mind. This is a common variety like bali. Active
around 2.5 grams
SEI (Super Enhanced Indo):Indo is the region it is harvested (Indonesia). SEI is an enhanced
product in which stronger extracts of indo are added together. It is 2-3 times
stronger than regular Indo. SEI is similar to another
product called UEI (Ultra Enhanced Indo) available at different
web stores. The main difference is price. SEI is priced considerably less
than UEI making it an affordable option to consumers. This is our top selling product next to Cajun kratom.
Maeng Da Kratom:Maeng Da is a genetically engineered strain of kratom. Its leaves are greener thus
creating a darker green powder. It is more stable and a bit
stronger than bali since it is not affected much by seasonal fluctuations.
Its alkaloids are the
most consistent compared to any other kratom. Active at 2 grams.
Kratom
is legal in the USA and is not regulated by the FDA. It is
un-scheduled herb and is not approved for human consumption. All
